Shipping Terms
WWe only ship within mainland Germany. Should you deIf you wish to be shipped to another country, please write to us before placing an ordere-mailand tell us the article with the quantity, the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have the shipping option and the costs in advance have to ask our shipping partner.
The shipping costs within the German mainland are calculated based on the weight. For all packages up to 30KG we charge a shipping fee of 5.90€. For packages from 30KG we charge a flat rate of 65.00 €.
Depending on the size of the order, shipping is via DPD, UPS, DHL or a forwarding agent.
For all purchases of €500 or more with regular shipping (under 30KG), customers can use the discount code "FreeShipping500" to have the shipping costs deducted at checkout. This does not apply to imported goods (currently all Tally-Light systems).

We ship parcels daily from Monday to Friday with DPD/DHL/UPS or a forwarding agency.
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

1. Advance payment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 days, stating the invoice number. You can find our bank details on the order confirmation page and on the invoicewhich we will send you by email.
2. PayPal
Pay via the payment service provider PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal customer account without having to re-enter your payment information. When placing an order, select PayPal as the payment method. After you have triggered the order with "Order now for a fee", a new PayPal window opens and there you can log in to PayPal with your stored e-mail address and PayPal password and confirm the payment.
3. Credit Card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
4. Payment via SOFORT transfer
With the SOFORT transfer, you can conveniently use your familiar online banking data, so you are on the safe side. Thanks to the transaction confirmation, your order can be shipped faster than usual with prepayment.
5. Payment via Shopify Payments
If you select a payment method offered via the "Shopify Payments" payment service, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (hereinafter: "Shopify"). . Shipping conditions
We only ship within the German mainland.
